What to expect at your treatment
When you book
If you book following a consultation, then we will have discussed and completed a medical history with you in person.

When you book a treatment online, we will send some forms to you to complete. These include a medical history and the treatment risks. We send these so you can also complete your own research, which we believe is extremely important.

Full Consultation
Prior to any treatment, we undertake a full consultation. We will do this if you have also had a separate consultation to ensure that you still feel the same towards treatments. During this, we discuss your medical form, what we think may work for you (or what won't), and we will also discuss any risks and benefits so that you can make informed consent to treatment.
Remember: The treatments offered are not for health reasons and are cosmetic, so it's important that you feel comfortable, well-informed, in good health, and confident that this is the right choice for you
Questions
During this stage, we will discuss any questions you may have and provide open and honest answers. If you have booked only a consultation, this is where we will provide our contact details to get in touch with us if you have any further questions. Please note we do not allow same-day bookings at consultations as a cooling-off period is needed for you to weigh up your treatment options.
Treatment
If the treatment you have booked is suitable for you, we will then take before and after pictures. This is for compliance reasons, and we always ask for permission to post these (most people say no, so don't feel obliged!)

We will then apply topical numbing to ease any discomfort. Once numb, we then proceed with the treatment.
After the treatment
We will then provide you with aftercare instructions, which are important to follow to ensure the best results.

We provide our contact information so that if any issues or questions arise, we are on hand.

We might provide a free follow-up appointment depending on your treatment. Some treatments require multiple sessions for good results but we will inform you of this at the consultation stage.
